NWK CrossFit 2.0 NWK is a premium training facility that offers CrossFit and other variety of services, to help reach fitness goals. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast.

Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and sn**ch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Five or six days pe

r week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.

Stop waiting for the “perfect time”.

If you only train when life’s smooth, you’ll quit the second it’s not.

Around your work, life, family, friends and getting the perfect poached egg……

It’s a lot.

Sometimes thinking about fitting in fitness and time for you, you think it has to be 5-6 times a week in the gym to see results.

I’m here to tell you that’s not the case.

We start 2-3 times a week and build from there.
