that we still have our Stay and Play classes running?!💙

Come and have fun with your little one in our fully equipped gym. Watch them hang, swing, roll, run and jump for 45 minutes while building confidence and coordination.

Members and non-members are welcome! If you’ve been thinking about joining, come along and see what it’s all about😊

And don't forget we still have our introductory offer running, with a class costing just £5.50!! 🤸‍♀️😆

👶 Ages: 1 year up until school age (children must be accompanied by an adult)

🕒 When:
• Wednesdays 12:00–12:45
• Thursdays 10:15–11:00

Walk along the beam, swing from the bars, jump on the fast track - it’s all about movement, play and fun!

Spaces are limited, so don’t miss out! 💙

Children must be at least 1 year old to take part and must be accompanied by an adult. One adult may supervise up to 2 participating children.
Non‑participating siblings are welcome but must remain seated on the bench throughout and will not be able to join in with the activities.
Babies are welcome if they remain in car seats, however car seats must remain at the side of the gym hall away from activity areas. Unfortunately slings are not permitted.

If you haven’t heard yet, we run Adult Gymnastics classes every Tuesday from 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM! You could be an ex-gymnast, someone who wants to "give it a go" for the very first time or you're just looking for a fun, unique way to stay fit!

Congratulations to these young ladies!
Their first National Finals was a great success. From smiles and happy faces, determination and shear competitive nature these young ladies were epic!
