Being trained in first aid can make all the difference when an accident or medical emergency happens in the workplace. But which course is right for you or your team?

✅ Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) – 1 Day Course
Ideal for low-risk workplaces or nominated first aiders.

You'll learn how to:
• Assess an emergency situation safely
• Provide CPR and use an AED (defibrillator)
• Help an unconscious casualty
• Deal with choking
• Manage minor injuries and wounds
• Recognise and respond to shock
• Handle seizures and other common medical emergencies

✅ First Aid at Work (FAW) – 3 Day Course
Designed for higher-risk workplaces or those requiring comprehensive first aid cover.

• Managing a wide range of workplace injuries
