Hands up if you are DONE with the soggy February gloom ✋

I feel like we need some pure pop joy to get us strutting our way towards Spring. So, on Sunday 8th March, i'm bringing back Dance Fit with Cherry to celebrate National Dance Day and to inject a little fun, feel-good energy into our lives.

If you have joined me for Dance Fit in the past, you'll remember that we take some simple to follow moves, mix them with a little magic and create a feel good routine that has you strutting it out like a diva by the end of the session. And, if you've never tried it before - now's the time!

It's suitable for all levels and abilities - no experience required. We focus on positivity not perfection as far as moving is concerned. So, come join us - I'd love to see you there!

Looking for a joyful way to move, lift your mood and have fun with your family? Join us for a FREE Family Zumba session this Easter holiday.

On Tuesday 8th April, our qualified instructor will lead a dance fitness session that is suitable for the whole family. There will also be a chance to chat and recharge with refreshments and talk to our Wellbeing Coaches about any support you or your young person might need.

The session takes place from 10-11.30am at Kingsnorth Primary School in Ashford.
No experience needed—just bring your positive energy and be ready to shake it out! 🕺💃
