Lessons run on Monday evenings for all ages (6+) 18.15 to 19.15 and Thursday evenings 18.15 to 19.15 (6 -16 years) and 19.15 to 20.15 (16+) Thursday 6:15pm - 7:15pm (7+) 7:15pm to 8:15pm (16+)

We've had some very varied lessons this summer, using the heat to train slightly differently. We had a delivery of Bo Staffs today so decided to use them for our one step attack. Some great ideas and demonstrations from our adults tonight in a very warm dojo!!

Thanks to Hermitage Park Community Centre for having us today as part of your "Around the World Week" at Hermitage Hawks.

Just shy of two hours and we all had a great time doing some basics, pad work, balancing and lots of games!

The kids were great, and thanks to the staff that were on hand to help out!

Unfortunately Sensei Chloe & I were unable to attend the competition at Thames today, but a huge congratulations to Archie for winning his cadet kumite category for Kent Michi Karate Association. Two wins from two competitions, only a week apart. Fantastic work Archie, we're both super proud!

Congratulations to the rest of the Michi squad, sounds like a good day all around!
