So it’s a New Year. Who’s ready to exercise in the park and be part of a community.
2026 sessions:
Monday 1900-1945
Wednesday 1900-1945
Saturday 0800-0900

Braywick Park.

Sessions are pay as you go.

We cater for all abilities.
Ranging from kit sessions, body weight sessions and running sessions.

PM for a health questionnaire and if you have any questions.
