We would like to thank all our customers for their support and understanding over this unusual time. We request your continued support and understanding going forwards.
We will be continuing to operate a policy of hands, space, face in order to protect our staff and customers.
As England continues to open up with infections rates still high, the chance of a positive case in our staff or the requirement for staff members to self-isolate is higher and during our key season would result in the centre partially or fully closing. This could have a devasting impact on our business and your use of the centre. We hope our customers will help us avoid this situation by following our guidelines.
Covid-19 Guidelines
Following the governments announcement for the further lifting of restrictions we would like to update our customers of our current guidelines whilst on site.
The majority of our covid guidelines will remain in place and we request that our customers follow these. We believe this is necessary to ensure the safety of our customers, staff and business, as infection levels remain high.
So that we all enjoy ourselves and stay safe please read ALL our guidelines before arriving at the lake.
Failure to comply with these guidelines will risk your participation, being refused entry, or asked to leave, with no refund.
