Following on from our recent intro, we thought we’d share a little more about each of us — starting with Tim.
Sport has always been a big part of life — from rugby (player, coach and lifelong fan) to endurance events like Ironmans, triathlons and swimruns… alongside more “social” pursuits like padel, paddleboarding and skiing.
Yoga came later — initially as a way to stay injury-free and recover better.
But over time, it became something much more. In 2016, Tim trained as a Vinyasa Flow yoga instructor, and that shift led to what he does today as a full-time yoga teacher and wellbeing coach.
Along the way, he’s continued to learn and develop, studying:
🧘 Yoga
🏋️ Personal Training
🌊 Open Water Swimming
🧠 The Science of Wellbeing
❄️ Contrast Therapy (cold water & sauna)
What’s become clear through all of this is that wellbeing isn’t just about being active — it’s about balance.
For Tim, that balance comes from a few key areas:
✨ Staying active
✨ Being part of a community
✨ Continuing to learn
✨ Giving back
✨ Taking time to be present
When those are in sync, everything feels better. When they’re not, it’s usually a sign something needs attention.
And that’s really what sits at the heart of My Life Tonic —
helping people understand what supports their wellbeing, and finding simple, sustainable ways to feel more energised, balanced and like themselves again.
More to come on Shannon next 💛
