Single phase course which remains the same all day, and no fillers, oxers or the double will be added until the 60cm.
We have 1m clear round running tomorrow too!

It’s SHOW EVE… but it’s a bit of a mixed-emotions one 🥹

All the usual behind-the-scenes and prep is well underway for tomorrow, but I’m genuinely gutted to announce Car Park Ken won’t be there with us 💔

Before anybody worries — Dad is absolutely fine in himself, he just sadly can’t be with us tomorrow due to circumstances completely unrelated to his health.

Those of you who come regularly will know that my Dad is such a huge part of USJL, and your first point of contact on arrival.
It honestly won’t feel quite the same without him tomorrow!

We’re all going to miss him enormously tomorrow — me probably most of all❤️‍🩹

Based on our current entries, the following times are APPROXIMATE class start times and class 1 will be starting at 9am PROMPT!

Please make sure you follow/like our page to keep up to date for any changes.
We will update the page if we are running behind, please be aware that times may fluctuate during the day.

We will endeavour to stay as close to the times as possible AND keep you all updated.

When you arrive, please make sure you check in at the secretary’s desk first, to obtain your number, and check the running order.
If you need to go earlier or later then just let us know.
You do not need to print out numbers.

As our regulars know, we will post a time lapse of the course tomorrow evening once we’ve built it and an aerial plan too.

As always, the course will be single phase and remain the same throughout the day.
We do not add fillers, oxers or the double in until the 60cm, our junior and senior classes run concurrently.

Bringing showjumping back into Ring 1 at Newbury Show is a huge one for us, and there is a LOT happening behind the scenes now to make sure the whole experience runs as smoothly as possible on the day.

Heading over to Bucklebury Equestrian today to set up for tomorrow’s training show and it genuinely already has that lovely home from home feeling that Oakingham Stud gave us for many special years 🫶🏼

And more than anything, we’re just incredibly humbled and grateful for the loyal competitors, friends, family, sponsors and supporters who continue to back USJL, show after show.

From Cross Poles right through to 90cm, the competitor in each class with the most league points up to and including our Championship Show on 4th October will win one of our absolutely HUGE USJL Championship frillies & sashes! 😍

And for those of you only just joining us halfway through — don’t worry…

Our brand-new WINTER LEAGUE kicks off on Sunday 8th November with DOUBLE POINTS 🔥🏆
