Wednesday sessions on as per usual WMSG, if I need to remind you to bring water, a towel and maybe change of clothes then your prob to stupid to understand JJ anyway so no worries.

For all the others it’s no different to training abroad or no worse than what fighters have to do regularly on a weight cut.

If you cant train in heat what you going to do when you get a big fat sweaty guy on you giving you mothers milk and waterboarding you. Stay calm and carry on!

You don’t need much if you have wrestling an jiu jitsuu.

Some mats and decent training partners and it can teach and show you a whole lot on not just out to fight and defend yourself but what it will teach you about yourself. Honestly see it change people’s outlook to life
