A brilliantly contested game this morning as we continued our pre-season preparations.
A quick change of venue didn’t stop either team from getting the ball down and playing some fantastic passing football. There were also some outstanding saves from both goalkeepers throughout! 🧤👏
Burscough took the lead to make it 1–0, but Maghull responded just before half-time to send the teams in level at the break.
The second half brought more of the same — great football, excellent saves and some brilliantly taken goals. ⚽️🔥
Both teams should be extremely proud of their performances this morning. Most importantly, both sets of girls were an absolute credit to their clubs. 👏💙

Her wing play today was incredible, creating several chances and topping off a brilliant performance with a goal of her own. 👏⚽️

Grace moved into a new role at CDM and covered every blade of grass! An excellent all-round performance, capped off with a goal too. 💪⚽️
