Over the last 2 days, myself and John Warrener Wray covered the 1st Inaugural Charity PRS Shoot at Creggagh Field Target Club, remembering our good friend Martin McNicholl. The Club went to great lengths to ensure that the competition was a huge success and a large sum of money has already been raised through the entries, the raffles, and the impromptu auction held after the prizes had been presented. Pat Cassidy got so carried away as auctioneer that at the end up we had to make sure that he wasn't selling the stock off the 5.11 stand adjacent to the prize table!
As much as the shoot was in remembrance of our friend Martin, it was also to raise much needed monies for the chosen charity, The Childrens Cancer Unit.
Just before Martin passed away his grand daughter (pictured with her parents and grandmother Rose) was diagnosed with cancer at birth and without the highest level of care provided by the medical staff at the cancer unit her outcome would have undoubtably been very different. Our raffle will run on to the end of September and there are some fantastic prizes to be won. Entries are £5.00 per ticket and to enter simply send £5.00 (for friends and family) to our paypal address, [email protected] and include a note with your name and telephone number.
A massive note of thanks is due firstly to all our sponsors and to Keith Bradley , Pat Cassidy , Tommy Casey, and Colm Diamond for all their efforts in organising this brilliant event and i'm sure the PRS shooting at Creggagh will only flourish due to their hard work and dedication.
Lastly and by no means least, a huge note of thanks goes out to each and every shooter that participated. During the 2 day event i saw many occasions where the more experienced shooters gave help and encouragement to those that were new to the sport and as a direct result their scores improved greatly on the 2nd day.

Whilst the PRS shoot will be taking place over the next two days, the associated raffle will be open until the end of September and a fiver buys you an entry and is another £5.00 towards the fundraising for the Children's Cancer Unit. To enter simply send £5.00 to our PayPal address [email protected] and sent to friends and family to avoid extra charges. Remember it's the Children that will benefit directly and you could be lucky too!!

Entries are accepted in cash to at the shoot.

Tourette’s Support NI would like to give a huge thank you to the members and committee at Creggagh Target Club who recently held a competition to raise money for TSNI. This incredible amount will go towards taking all our members on a family day out together, an opportunity that is so valuable for support and inclusion.
The total amount raised was £2540.00 and was presented to representatives of the Tourette's Support Group at the club on Sunday.

We are closed Christmas and New Year days. Open as normal on the Wednesdays including the 28th.

Dear members.

We are commencing our Christmas fundraiser for charity on Wednesday night. It will run until the 2nd week of January.

This year we will be shooting. 22 rimfire at 50m and the winner will recieve a new perpetual plaque in memory of Martin McNicholl. The plaque is being generously donated by Sammy Moore. We thank him kindly.

Entry will be £5.00 per sheet and they will be scored by club officials.

We will also be having a raffle for A Christmas hamper and 2 genuine vintage tilly lamps kindly donated by Raymond Black. Tickets will be £5.00 per sheet.

As always we thank everyone for their outstanding support and generosity in all the charity competitions we hold.

Dear followers
Our final amount raised for this year's Cash For Kids fundraiser appeal realised a total of £3000. At the onset of the appeal we said the club would double the amount raised and therefore the final amount sent was £6010.00 its a fantastic effort from you all and on behalf of Tom and myself we thank you for your generous donations.
Its a time for giving and this will help with a little happiness for a lot of children. WELL DONE everyone
