That’s exactly why we created The York Performance Academy—an 8-week program designed specifically for beginners. 🙌

✅ Small group coaching (2x per week)
✅ Learn proper technique, build strength & endurance
✅ Develop new skills at your pace
✅ Suitable for all fitness levels

➡️ Weeks 1–4: You’ll train in a small group with other new members, learning movements and CrossFit methodology with expert coaches by your side.

Well done to our member who in 1 week hit 2 personal bests he has been chasing.👏

Michael took part in his first fitness competition 10 days ago, The Strength+ Fitness Championships and hit a New 1 RM in his Clean .

The next week in our crossFit class Michael then hit a New 1RM, 100kg in his Bench press.

Brilliant work Michael your hard work is paying off, your strength and fitness is hitting new levels 🙌👏

Time to reset our goals and go chasing again👊
