𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗧𝗼 𝗚𝗼 𝗧𝗼 𝗪𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗚𝘆𝗺!!!⁣

We are excited that it's only one week before we open the doors.⁣
⁣
A lot of hard work has been going on to improve the facilities within the gym progress pictures to follow :) ⁣
⁣
Some of the improvements we have made to our facilities are Shower and toilet facilities, a kitchen to make tea and coffee if you are rushing away in the morning after training to work or want to have a little chat with each other after sessions :) ⁣
⁣
We have upgraded the rigs and will be in place on Thursday. We are looking forward to seeing the gym complete and ready to go for our first day on Monday 1st May.⁣

I am excited to say Brady’s Personal Training is now going into partnership with Gavin Rafferty and will be operating under the umbrella of G & S Ultimate Fitness and will be opening the doors of our gym from the 1st May located in Main Street Portglenone where Carson Fitness operated from. ⁣
⁣
We can't wait to start our journey in our new premises 😊 We will now be offering group classes along with our 1:1 and 2:1 Personal Training.⁣
