FM Rehab and Performance Welcome, I'm Fiona! Using the most advanced techniques from the USA, I can help you improve flexibility, cardio, strength & conditioning at any level.

My methods will also teach you to eliminate pain & prevent injury from mild or severe conditions. I'm a fully qualified fitness and rehabilitation instructor that can help you re-build, maintain or improve performance at any level. Having trained with Bodycontrolpilates in London & Joe Hippensteel, CEO of Ultimate Human Performance in the USA's most advanced performance & rehabilitation technique

s; I have the knowledge and expertise to improve joint motion & movement whilst eliminating pain & preventing injury. I can offer a range of performance & rehabilitation services, including:

- Personalised sport-specific training programmes
- Physio/kinesiology analysis & treatments
- Bespoke Pilates classes; Including Body Control Pilates which promotes the care and management of low back pain, foot and ankle biomechanics, hip function, shoulder and neck function, breathing and performance. I offer 1:1 sessions, small bespoke group sessions or classes (12 max in a class). These sessions can be facilitated in-person or via Zoom.
