For most of you committing to a bodybuilding lifestyle of restrictive food plan, large training volumes, limited social life, dieting to ridiculously low body fat and then bulking back up isn’t necessary at all.
_
You don’t need to train like Ronnie Coleman to get great results.
_
If you are a beginner or even an intermediate who has lost there way the focus should be on building the 3 following things
_
1️⃣A good aerobic base
2️⃣Improving range of motion
3️⃣Getting stronger
_
My advice would be to adopt a full body approach built around push, pull, squat, hip hinge and carries.
_
You will notice a massive improvement in your posture, strength and overall work capacity.
_
You will feel better, not be killing yourself for 10 minutes of glory on a stage and you’ll also be able to enjoy your social life whilst getter results.
_
Stop training like a pro bodybuilder

Choose balance. Train consistently, improve your aerobic capacity, become more functional and get stronger whilst enjoying your food and the odd night out here and there 😃
