Gyms can be daunting when you first start training, I’ve been there in that same position.😱
I remember going to the gym for my first time, feeling, intimidated, embarrassed and lost no clue what I was doing. So can understand why people stick to the safety and comfort of the treadmill. It was only when I hired a trainer I got comfortable in the surroundings and started to see results.🏋🏻♂️💪
Sticking to the treadmill and cardio area will not lead to your physique changes. It’s easy for me to now say strength training will achieve you much better results. But in all honesty if you have no clue what you are doing will it?🏃🏻♂️
You have to realise that everyone that has entered the gym at some point has felt the same. Didn’t want to look in the mirror when training even though they are there to help correct your technique, even the ones now taking the selfies in them . 📸
You need help and guidance, even with a downloadable free plan of google and watching the exercises on you tube, your probably not going to see real progress any time soon.
