Never really post on here for some reason 🤔
But couldn’t let today go unmarked. Today I have been married to my best friend for 17 years.👰‍♀️
We have been through our hard times, and we have also had the best times our lives together.⭐️
I hope everyone has the opportunity to have what we have together, a partner to support you, encourage you and help you be the best version of you.

Any of our sporting members will tell you the benefits of training at CrossFit 👌🏼

After all CrossFit is - “constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity”🔥

CrossFit improves the performance of all athletes (despite what the bad press from those who don’t understand it will say🙈)

It actually doesn’t matter if you’re a pro athlete or Joe Bloggs doing the WOD (that’s workout of the day to non CrossFit peeps)
You will get stronger, you will be leaner, and most importantly you will have lots of fun, that’s a very important point.
The psychological standpoint of CrossFit is very under estimated.
The community within a CrossFit gym is like no other! Both males and females from a multitude of sporting (and non sporting) backgrounds. 🙌🏼

The variety that is included throughout the sessions, improves explosive power, improves strength, increases muscle mass and improves aerobic capacity. Mobility is also a huge focus 👌🏼

We will be running a unique quick fire basecamp for any sports people who would like to give CrossFit a go. Wether this is to improve in their off season or complement their current training.

This will be on Monday 28th & Wednesday 30th September .
Limited numbers available because at CrossFit Balor we comply with social distancing and NO sharing of equipment.

We are very proud to be a full CrossFit Affiliate and despite people saying they coach ‘CrossFit style’. There really is no comparison. From the quality of coaching to the programming. It is really a step above.💯

Gyms can be daunting when you first start training, I’ve been there in that same position.😱

I remember going to the gym for my first time, feeling, intimidated, embarrassed and lost no clue what I was doing. So can understand why people stick to the safety and comfort of the treadmill. It was only when I hired a trainer I got comfortable in the surroundings and started to see results.🏋🏻‍♂️💪

Sticking to the treadmill and cardio area will not lead to your physique changes. It’s easy for me to now say strength training will achieve you much better results. But in all honesty if you have no clue what you are doing will it?🏃🏻‍♂️

You have to realise that everyone that has entered the gym at some point has felt the same. Didn’t want to look in the mirror when training even though they are there to help correct your technique, even the ones now taking the selfies in them . 📸

You need help and guidance, even with a downloadable free plan of google and watching the exercises on you tube, your probably not going to see real progress any time soon.

By hiring me as your trainer I can take all the guessing away for you. With tailored workouts to suit your goals, tracked progress, nutrition guidance and advice.🥦🏋🏻‍♂️

Wether you are the CEO of a global company or a housewife, time is often the scarcest of resources. Exercise is often the first thing put on the back burner.🏋🏻‍♂️

Yet working out is one of the few things that can improve the quality of all areas of your life, it enhances mood, improves health, reduces stress, and improves confidence to name a few.🙌
