It’s mad how many women still think the answer is just hitting macros or tracking perfectly
Like that’s not the hard bit
The hard bit is staying steady when life gets messy
when you’ve had a meal off plan, or you’re tired or things don’t go perfectly
That’s where most people spiral
Not because they don’t know what to do
but because they’ve never been taught how to handle the middle bit, the grey zone I call it
That’s what changes everything
Once you fix that side of it, the mindset, the habits, the standards
you stop overthinking it and you just get on with it
You don’t need another plan
You just need to actually understand yourself enough to stick to one
