THE PERFECT WEEK

One of the first things you are taught in The Shred induction is that perfection is impossible.

You should never demand perfection from yourself.

That only leads to frustration, disappointment and more often than not, self-sabotage.

While you shouldn’t expect to produce perfect performances, you should still strive for it.

And that’s what you do each week on The Shred.

Each week, you’re trying to produce the perfect week.

So, what is the perfect week?

The chart below provides a basic outline of how our programme is structured.

On The Shred, we’ve broken your health and fitness into three basic components.

🏋️‍♀️The Shred Sessions take care of strength, muscle mass and bone density

💓The Daily 8K covers fitness, mobility and cardiovascular health

🍏The Weight Loss Programme covers your body weight.

Each day, you’re trying to tick a box for one or all of the various tasks on The Shred.

For the perfect day, you would:

Do a Shred Session (25 minutes) ✅

Complete 8,000 steps ✅

Stay in a calorie deficit ✅

Ticking all the boxes for one day is far from impossible.

The challenge lies in ticking the boxes every day.

Because it’s the consistency which generates the results that will change your body and your life.

That's why we don’t demand perfection on The Shred.

It's impossible to tick all the boxes every single day.

We just provide you with the accountability that spurs you to do the best you possibly can.

It’s your body and it's your life.
