We are governed by the British Martial Arts and Boxing Association (BMABA) and affiliated with World Kyokushin Budokai.

Extra classes starting at the centre on sundays at 6pm / fitness, kickboxing, kicking , padwork ,weapons awareness in both japanese and filipino weapons, womans self defence and incidence avoidence . Come and get fit !! Kids over 14, mums and dads and grandads ,all ages capable of joining in with this family run club, fully matted for take downs and groundwork.,❤️🙏
