Such a proud day as an instructor and an Uncle.
I would like to say a huge congratulations to Mr Miles Davis on his promotion to Cho Dan (1st degree Black belt) in Tang Soo Do.
Mr Davis joined Llangynwyd Tang Soo Do after taking a break from Sa Bom Nim Gareth Jenkin Powell's class in Pyle & District Tang Soo Do. He is the first to achieve Cho Dan in Llangynwyd since I started teaching in 2019. From the moment he returned he showed great attitude and spirit in his training, earning him this well deserved promotion. Next step E Dan!!
Well done sir. I share in the honour of being your instructor. Many thanks to Sa Bom Nim Powell for setting such great foundations.

Huge Congratulations to the students of Llangynwyd Tang Soo Do who took part in the Traditional Tang Soo Do tournament in Cardiff. Christopher Noye-Allen brought home Two Bronse and Michael Pitcher brought home a Silver medal.
Everyone did amazing in their categories and did themselves and the class proud. As an Instructor I am immensely proud.

Ive just got to my car and I have a flat tyre.🫣😥
I dont think Ill make the first class today Im afraid. Im just going to get the tyre changed and Ill let you know if I can get it done quickly.
At the moment Kwic fit is very busy so I may have to cancel both classes today

Huge congratulations to the students of Llangynwyd Tang Soo Do Karate. They took part in the European championships on August the 10th and came away with some amazing achievements.

In total there were

3x Gold
5x Silver
5x Bronze

To say Im proud would be the biggest understatement of the year.
You all did an amazing job and challenged yourselves and showed amazing Tang Soo Do spirit.

We also have a new student who is doing amazingly well. Onwards and upwards for such an amazing group of students
