Unique Fitness Maesteg Unique Fitness is a Gym and Wellbeing Centre in Maesteg. It caters for all levels of fitness, and runs various classes to suit your training needs.

Qualified to a very high standard in the Fitness industry with a background in the Elite Royal Marines Unique Fitness is a multi functional gym which is located in Maesteg. It caters for all levels of fitness, and the equipment is all branded Hammer Strength and Life Fitness. It has a large open functional training area suitable for classes, team training and an ideal area for Personal Trainers and their clients. There is also a separate Cardio room.

New Management taking over the Gym.

The Gym will be staying open with reduced hours during November until the New Management take over in December.

UNIQUE PRAM FITNESS

A gentle fitness class for mums to get their fitness back,with the added bonus of not worrying about your baby, as the baby is right by your side.

This class consists of cardio machines, kettlebells and bodyweight exercises., All
levels of fitness welcome, provided you are at least 6 weeks postpartum.
