Since the beginning of January we’ve put a big emphasis on push ups in our ladies only SGPT programming

Over the years I’ve trained 100’s of ladies to achieve full push ups and I honestly believe it’s one of the biggest things you can achieve working out

Nicola achieved her first full push up last week

And this evening she got 4 sets of 3 full push ups on the bounce

Equaling 13 full push ups including a single

Massive achievement indeed

We had such a big win with Cathy last night in our SGPT class

Some movements like glute bridges require our members to get down on the floor and back up again when finished

Over the last 2 weeks with us, Cathy has needed assistance 6 times to get up

Last night though, after hitting her SGPT sessions consistently for 2 weeks?

Cathy got up on her own without any issues

This is some thing that is so important to me and why we do what we do

Improving quality of life through exercise in these basic ways that make a big difference to someone

Well done Cathy mate
