Bryncethin U11s had an unforgettable weekend at the Tigers Challenge in Minehead two fantastic days of rugby and memories that will last a lifetime.

On Saturday, the team were outstanding, winning every game and topping their group. Winning one game 8-0 (tries)
This success would see them competing against other teams that also topped their groups on day 2.

Sunday brought another excellent performance, with the team continuing their great form and losing just one very close match to a strong Ballymena side. Their effort, teamwork, and determination throughout the weekend were incredible, and we couldn’t be prouder of every single player each one played a vital role in the team’s success.

Having coached this team from U7’s to see them all preforming to the standard they produced this weekend was really
special ❤️

A huge thank you goes to all the families who travelled to support the team. Your energy, encouragement, and constant cheering made a real difference and gave the players that extra boost when they needed it most.

This is truly a weekend that will live long in the memory for everyone involved. 🍒⚪️🏉

Where do we start… (apart from our rugby tour!)

Today marked Annabel’s last game for Bryncethin U11s, as she takes the next exciting step in her rugby journey moving into all girls rugby.

Annabel has been a huge part of our team since U7s, joining us when she was just 6 years old. From day one, she’s been an absolute joy to coach, fearless, determined, and full of sass, which is exactly how she earned the nickname “The Beast.” and she showed all those skills today as she was captain and POTM

She will be sorely missed by everyone involved in the minis and juniors. Her energy, attitude, and presence on and off the pitch leave a big void that won’t be easy to fill.

But more than anything, we’re incredibly proud of her and everything she’s achieved. We can’t wait to see her continue to grow and thrive in the next chapter of her rugby journey.
