Sorry everyone no class at corris institute tonight as trouble getting into hall but back next week on friday 6.45pm. If theres a few that still want to trajn tonight i can have a small group at my home in upper corris instead. Send me message if you would like to come along

Pad work, skipping and box circuits included.

Putting the feelers out to see if theres enough interest in starting up the boxfitness class again now the summer holidays are over. Depending on numbers will probably be back in the corris institute on a friday evening at 7pm but if people prefer a different day and the halls available then im flexible. Please let me know if your interested by emailing [email protected] or sending me a personal message on here and if theres enough interest i will get it started in next few weeks
