Fantastic few days on home turf up Norf including fun times out on the trails in my happy place for Hardmoors Wainstones Trail Marathon ( a very respectable 3rd in my age out of 16 & halfway up the overall 80 ish field, 11/34 ladies & most importantly feeling comfortable throughout with fuelling & pace apart from being so infuriatingly slow on the technical downhills!!😤) Managing to see the funny side ( just😭) of being told I d won my age group only to find out they d misread my DOB & put me in the over 60s!!!🙈
Very Posh Afternoon Tea at Betty’s in York ( thoroughly enjoying replacing Sunday’s calorie burn & then some!!😋), exploring the extremely exclusive Little Ghost Shop in The Shambles ( only 15minutes to queue 😭 which Nick Boag assures me is actually pretty good going!!) listening to the most amazing buskers,then wonderful cuddles & catch up with the newest family member 9 week old Pater🥰

Apologies for the lack of poster yet, it’s been quite a full on week,but here’s the vital deets 🥳…Commencing 2nd June until 16th July
Tuesdays 7pm & Thursdays 9.30am Y Plas, Machynlleth (Please note no classes 16&18th June)
6 weeks of unlimited access for £40 if paid by Monday 1st June(£50 afterwards)or £10 per 75minute class. Usual bank details but please PM with any questions & if you need payment info.
Newcomers & beginners warmly welcome 🤗

This made me chuckle & pretty much sums up the chaos of life atm🤣 I have been spreading myself way too thinly for way too long, & after a good hard ponder,I’ve decided to actually take the advice I always give to other women regarding “putting on your own life vest first”…
Therefore there will be no further classes at Eglywsfach, Talybont, Aberystwyth or Cwm Llinau until after the Summer. I will be teaching at Y Plas in Machynlleth on Tuesdays at 7pm & Thursday mornings at 9.30am , as well as continuing to offer Personal Training & running my other business managing Holiday properties( there is one evening class & 2 morning classes that I can’t have the Plas for & on those occasions I ll be teaching at the lovely Village Hall in Cwm Llinau) I will contact clients directly who I know have block paid & only come to Eglwysfach regarding a credit/ refund for tomorrow & will post new block details including cost later this week.
Hugest apologies to any of you who can’t make the classes in Machynlleth. This has been a difficult decision & I remain just as passionate & committed to the spreading far & wide of the benefits of Pilates & of which I always strive to represent a inspiring example of what this incredible life skill can achieve physically & mentally, so very much more than just a set of exercises!!!❤️
I have a huge life goal of finishing Lakeland 100 now on 24th July & I have to give it my best shot folks- one life, live it eh?!! 🌻💪

Very happy indeed with my trot out last night at Ras Nant yr A***n- faster than last year, first in my age again - which is especially reassuring with my advancing age lol & that I suppose I’m officially still in recovery mode from Epona100🤷‍♀️❤️
Little reminder that Pilates is running in Eglwysfach today, Cwm Llinau tomorrow then it’s half term break. Only Eglwysfach is running next Thursday 28th & I’ll be announcing the new block this weekend (finally 🙈)

All classes running EXCEPT Machynlleth on Tuesday evening as it’s my daughter’s 16th Birthday. Next week is half term & only Eglywsfach on the Thursday is running ( as it’s a catch up class) Massive apologies that i haven’t released new block info yet - chaos of life & a couple of issues of difficulty with availability of some venues hadn’t helped but I WILL do it on the weekend if not before.🤞
