We are looking for a Programme Manager to work at our Ty'n y Berth and Bryntysilio centres in North Wales. You will manage the delivery and development of the Adventure Learning Programme delivered at the centre and via outreach, including the day to day line management of some or all of the programme delivery staff as directed by the Centre Manager, and to work with customers on the design and delivery of bespoke Adventure Learning Programmes.

Experience of teaching in a school or outdoor learning centre across a variety of key stages is essential as are NGB (SPA and Summer ML) and UKCC Level 2 qualifications. You should have experience of managing staff, delivering projects with multiple strands within specified timescales and strong communication skills.

We are seeking an Adventure Learning Tutor to work in our Ty'n y Berth and Bryn Coedwig centres leading outdoor adventure activities to children and young people from rock climbing and gorge walking to canoeing and slate mine exploration and more.

Our centres sit in beautiful countryside close to Dolgellau. With Cadair Idris on the doorstep and the beautiful Tal-y-Llyn valley and stunning welsh coast all accessible, we provide outstanding venues for our work with children and young people.
