Walking Netball Machynlleth Stay active with this fun game. No netball experience is necessary. You don't need to be super-fit! It is suitable for all ages, both men and women.

Stay active as you get older
Walking netball is a fun way of keeping active. It is played at a walking pace as no running or jumping is allowed, so you don’t need to be super-fit, anyone can join in. Not played since school? Come and relive your youth! You don’t need any special clothing, just wear something lightweight and footwear that resembles trainers with good grip. If you already have trainers they are perfect. Afterwards we have a well earned cuppa.

Walking Netball is a fun way to stay active. We have male and female players aged from 39 to 84. No netball experience is necessary, just a sense of humour! Sessions are Fridays 10.15-11.15 at Bro Ddyfi Leisure Centre, Machynlleth. It's free for centre members and £2 for non-members. Followed by a cuppa in the cafe. Come and give it a go, your first time is free!

Walking netball is on most Fridays 10.15-11.15am followed by a cafe visit. Next sessions: 8th, 15th and 29th August, 5th, 12th September.
