🔵⚪ MACCLESFIELD JUNIOR FC U12 BLUES ⚪🔵

A big leap into the new season for our U12 Blues! 💪⚽

This year, the boys are really testing themselves, stepping up to play a full year above in the Mid Cheshire League — and today saw their first game of the season at our home ground, Jasmine Park. 🌱🏡

And what a game it was!

Against a strong side, the Blues rose brilliantly to the challenge. The coaches and parents were hugely impressed — not just with the quality of football they played, but with the way they conducted themselves throughout the entire match. 👏

It was also their first experience playing on grass, and they absolutely loved it! 🙌

This season is all about development. Taking on bigger challenges, working towards individual and team goals, learning every week and continuing to develop the way we play.

Today was a fantastic first step. The boys showed confidence, determination, teamwork and some brilliant football against players a year older. Plenty to be proud of and loads to build on! 💙

⚽️ Macc Jnr U14 Match Report – First Game of the Season ⚽️

So after a long summer, we got back to it! 💪

Super proud of all the lads today, who played their part in a great opening game against a tough opponent over the years!

We started strongly and soon got on top in the game. We played some really nice football throughout, moving the ball well, playing with confidence and creating some great passages of play. 👏⚽️

Defensively we were solid too, limiting our opponents’ chances and working hard as a team to keep a clean sheet. 🛡️

We are always a threat going forward, which was the key to the win today. A really positive all-round performance and a great way to start the season! 💙⚽️

MYSL Week 1 ⚽🌪️

First game of the season for our U7 Tornadoes! 💙⚽

A hard game today against a strong Division 1 team. The boys played football, battled their hearts out and never gave up. We gave it back as much as we could and, at times, really held our own against them.

Lots of positives to take from our first game and plenty to build on going into the next one. 💪

⭐ Player Reviews ⭐

Alfie – Ran all over the pitch, putting in some great tackles and trying to get us passing and moving up the pitch.

Louis – Brilliant finish for our goal! ⚽ Covered the whole pitch today and put everything on the line for the team.

Phoenix – Solid at the back, getting us up the pitch and winning his battles.

Deegan – Good all-round game, covering a lot of positions for us, helping us get up the pitch and producing a very nice assist. 👏

Dougie – Battled all over the pitch, never gave up on the ball and helped get us moving forward. Some very nice play today.

Arthur 🏆 – Kept a lot of very good shots out of the net. Was talking to the lads at the back and controlling the back line brilliantly.

Jack 🏆 – Battled everywhere. When the game got a bit rough, Jack was giving it back and winning his battles all over the pitch. 💪

We’ll be playing the team we were supposed to play today this week, if we have the numbers. We did very well today and showed massive improvement from the last time we played them.

A really positive start to the season. Well done, boys — lots to be proud of! 🌪️💪⚽

⚽️ MATCH DAY IS BACK for U9’s! ⚽️

New team. New season. New memories. 💙

What a morning for our U9s! What better way to start the season with a Derby! 🙌⚽️

22 young players pulled on their shirts and took to the pitch today across three teams — some returning for another season, some joining a new team, and some playing their very first football match. ⚽️

There were plenty of smiles, plenty of football and, most importantly, 22 kids out there enjoying the game with their teammates. 💙

We couldn’t be prouder of every single one of them.

First games done. The season starts here! 🔥

Both games were exceptional to watch — some great link-up play, working together as a team, and most importantly, lots of fun and encouraging each other every step of the way. 👏⚽️

Led by Katie, Craig and Dan today, who couldn’t be prouder of every single one of them and just how far they have come already. 🌟

A huge milestone for the team and hopefully the first of many! 💪⚽️

Huge congratulations to the Hurdsfield U11 Rebels on winning the first Macclesfield Junior U12 5v5 tourney today! 🏆🙌🥇

Our very own Macclesfield Juniors Tigers came runners up! 🥈👏

Thank you to everyone who helped organise and joined in. We did it for the kids and they all looked like they had a fabulous time in the sunshine ☀️🏆🙌⚽️
