11/05/26 Committee meeting minutes.

Apologies for absence - AC

Update on reschedule of Shrigley Hall - Confirmed booking on Saturday the 12th of September. First Tee 11:10am. 4 buggies booked but option to increase buggy number.

Update on Heartford - Due to concerns of the event being held too late in the year. DM to contact to try and reschedule or cancel all together dependent on refund options.

Update on new system for a potential replacement of Masterscoreboard - DM and LP trialed the system at Styal and Davenport and came to the conclusion that it didn't provide enough benefits or match up to or current system of Masterscoreboard. Masterscoreboard to the renewed next year at the basic package cost.

Captains weekend - All players attending have now paid full cost. Event to take place 18-20/07/26. Mr. Captain to nominate a member to host the putting Competition.

Update on Trophies - DM brought to attention that there is no Society trophy for the Presidents Trophy. Committee unsure on its location. DM and SJ to catalog current trophies in the A.N.G.S' possession and to decide either replace with a past event no longer in rotation or to find a replacement trophy.

Well what can I say! I apologise for the lack of engagement on here the last few weeks, and I assure you we will try our best not to let this happen too often!

Anyway, lets get back to it! Whilst we've been sat here with our feet up I can assure you our players have not, with not 1 but 2 events completed.

First up.
