✨ What an amazing afternoon! ✨
Silk had the absolute pleasure of attending Ollie’s Army Fun Day and performing their routine four times! 💕 What an incredible experience, doing something a little different and having so much fun along the way.
A huge thank you to the amazing event organisers for putting together such a fantastic day and allowing us to be part of it. ❤️
A special thank you to Claudia and Ebony for creating and teaching the routines, and of course to all our amazing gymnasts for their hard work, dedication and commitment in making the performances so special. 🌟
So proud of everyone involved — amazing times, amazing memories and all for a wonderful cause! 🥰✨

Silk Gymnastics had an amazing time attending the Summit Events Summer Training Camp at Lilleshall National Training Centre! 🤸‍♀️
With so many fantastic guest coaches Chloe Frost, Dan Lonsdale , , Adam Folwell , harry gracie . The gymnasts had the opportunity to learn new skills, challenge themselves, make new friendships and create some very special memories along the way. 💪✨
So proud of everyone for embracing every opportunity, working hard and having so much fun! ❤️
Thank you to everyone who made the camp such an incredible experience! 🫶

Congratulations to our July gymnast of the month. This little one has not long been in our new Teal sqaud and has impressed everyone with her commitment and enthusiasm. She has learnt so many new skills and most importantly has massively grown in confidence. We can’t wait to see what the future holds 🥰💖

Guest coach at Silk today for a session with all of our 4-piece squad girls… and what a session it was! 🤩

From a double back on floor to Silk’s very first double back off bars 😱🔥

The girls came in with big goals (very ambitious ones!) and absolutely smashed them out of the park. Their hard work, determination and trust in the process really paid off today. 💪✨

A huge thank you to Matt Jackson for all of his help, guidance and encouragement. We’re so grateful for the time and expertise you shared with us! 🙌💙
