From the hills of Buxton to the plains of Huxley and back to the (smaller) hills of South Park, our members gave it their all over three consecutive weekends of racing. Well done to everyone who took part!

Twelve people have now completed at least six qualifying races for the Club Championship. With three races coming up in August, there’s sure to be plenty of jostling for positions! Who will surge up the leaderboard? Who will be the next to complete six qualifying races?

Remember that you can also submit up to three marathon results per year if you’d like these to count towards your total.

We have three fixtures coming up in August! Our next fixtures are:

• Pie and Peas 5M – Wednesday, August 5th
• Wilmslow parkrun* – Saturday, August 15th
• Buxworth 5M – Thursday, August 27th

*Please note that this is a fixture change. Roadworks between the Cat and Fiddle and Buxton mean that travel to Buxton for the originally scheduled Pavilion Gardens parkrun would have been difficult.

Please see the race reports for the three Road Running Club Championship fixtures that took place in June and the Summer Road Handicap which took place on Monday. Well done to everyone who took part!
