Hi everyone, I’m back with some exciting retreat news! Yoga and Pilates expert and myself are going to be hosting a Yoga, Pilates and Barre retreat in October! 🤸🏻♀️
We have found the perfect location, secluded in the hills of the Peak District with amazing space for all the yoga, Pilates, barre and meditation we will be enjoying for 3 days! 🌿
Running from Thursday 1st until Sunday 4th October, we have a full itinerary that includes plenty of yoga, pilates and barre classes along with guided meditation, walks in the countryside and a cooking class with who will be cooking all the amazing vegan food for the weekend!
Let’s talk about the food... will be cooking an amazing Ayurvedic diet plan for the weekend that helps promote mindful eating and a healthy relationship with food. All food for the weekend is included with breakfast, lunch, dinner and a range of healthy snacks and smoothies throughout the weekend! 🥦🥑
