Lots of exciting things coming up over the next year including Badge Nights and another Gala!

Sessions at 7pm and 7:30pm on Tuesdays at Macc leisure centre for children aged 3+

Adult session 8pm

£55 for the whole term or £5 to try a single session - bargain!

Reminder - it’s the last session before our summer break on Tuesday (14th July).

For each of our 7 and 7:30pm sessions, we will have half ‘normal’ session, half ‘fun’ swim. Our adult session at 8pm will be as normal.

Sessions resume on Tuesday September 8th.

A massive well done to all our swimmers tonight! You all swam brilliantly and should be very proud!

And a huge thank you to all of our volunteers, and those who helped out this evening! Plus thank you to Roger and Jenny for the microphone and equipment. And thank you to the leisure centre staff!

Hopefully we’ve not missed anyone out!

Our first gala since before the pandemic! Thank you for bearing with us through a few teething issues.

Apologies to swimmers in the first race, in the little pool with floats. A mixup meant we hadn’t brought your medals with us tonight - so sorry for the disappointment. Your medals will be available next Tuesday.

Speaking of next Tuesday, it will be our last swim of the term, and will be half ‘normal’, half ‘fun swim’. After that we break up for summer and return on Tuesday September 8th.

A big thank you as well to everyone who donated a raffle prize or bought a ticket. One prize is yet to be claimed - if you have ticket number 8, your hamper is ready for you!

Parents / carers - please contact us as soon as possible if you have not yet entered your children into their event(s) for Tuesday’s gala.

It will not be possible to add entries on the night, so please get in touch before Tuesday if they are not already entered.

We will be starting with the races in the little pool at 7pm. Please be there on time.

Please note the gala will run until 8:30pm, there will be no adult swim session this week.

Help needed!

At our Gala on Tuesday evening (7-8:30pm) - the first one for 7 years! - we need your help!

Please could you help us on poolside - we need additional timekeepers on the night, even if it’s only for part of the event - after all you may be in the Family Race! (Or you may need to leave early / come later)

Please comment below or send us a message if you can help so we can assign roles ahead of time
