3 years ago today I graduated from my BSc Strength and Conditioning course at Wi******er University surrounded by my best friends 🥰

I can’t believe how fast that time has gone!

Since graduating I went on to….

👩‍🎓Complete a masters degree in Strengh and Conditioning Coaching at Sheffield Hallam!

🇲🇺 Spent 1 month in Mauritius, helping them to further their knowledge on menstrual cycles, how it will impact their female athletes as well as developing resources that they implemented to track cycles and spread info with both athletes and the general public (hopefully breaking down the taboo that still surround female health there)

🏋🏻‍♀️Took the plunge into self-employment, running a successful coaching business that helps women lose fat, build strength, regain control of their nutrition and feel more confident in themselves, easing their self-esteem and pushing beyond what they ever thought was possible 💗

🌍 About to embark on the trip of a lifetime, travelling the world whilst still coaching my lovely ladies on The Eterna Movement programme 💗

Can’t wait to see what the next 3 years hold 🥰

Ladies, let me guess…

You’re eating clean

You’re working out

You’re being “good”

…but the scale isn’t moving?

Here’s the uncomfortable truth —

Most women think they’re doing everything right…

but actually eat more and move less than they realise.

👉 An extra splash of oil here.
👉 A few handful of nuts while cooking.
👉 A small snack that never makes it into the log.
👉 A few missed steps because “the weather is bad”

None of these things are wrong, or mean you’re being ‘bad’ — but they do make it hard to know what’s really going on.

And if you’re not tracking, you’re guessing.

And guessing is the #1 reason people get stuck on the fat loss journey.

Tracking movement and nutrition is something I get all my clients to do.

It isn’t a way to make them feel restricted, but actually to make this journey easier and give them more freedom.

They learn exactly what to fuel their body with, which type of movement feels good for them & lets them take back control (goodbye food noise & cravings).

So here’s my challenge to you:
Track everything for 3 days.
Don’t change anything — just observe.
You might be surprised by what you learn.

You’re showing up

You’re doing the work

You’re ticking every single box

But the scale just won’t go down!

It’s so frustrating when every morning you expect to see a change, yet you get no reward for all your hard work!

You start to wonder if you’re doing something wrong, or if this journey is even worth it

Kate has made INSANE progress over the last 4 months with me and I’m actually bursting with pride!!!

Last year, Kate was diagnosed with ADHD and realised this had a massive impact on her relationship with exercise & the maintenance of a healthy lifestyle.

When Kate started her journey with me, she acknowledged that she needed to be held accountable from an external source.

Body doubling was a key factor to having a sustainable, long lasting routine that would positively impact her health and fitness.

She wanted to get ahead of perimenopause symptoms and start building a stronger body for her future self.

Kate also struggled with nutrition. She has a history of a bad relationship with food expedited by ADHD symptoms, family demands and work stress.

I asked Kate “since starting with me, what are the biggest personal changes you’ve seen and how have they impacted your life”......

“In the 4 months I have been working with Ellie, I have toned and strengthened beyond what I realised was possible (I had resigned myself to my ‘mum bod’ and gotten rid of all my slimmer clothes). I have lost 8 kg & 12 inches across my hips, waist and chest. I have a waist again, and am back in size 12 jeans for the first time since I was in my 20’s!

Not only has my physical wellbeing been impacted positively but also my mental wellbeing. My confidence has skyrocketed; I am wearing clothes I would never have worn previously including a dress for a charity ball which when I tried it on, for the first time since I can recall, I looked at myself and said ‘you look great’. I feel like me again and that is flowing into all aspects of my life”
