Community is one of my core values 🤍

Strength in Numbers is the heart of that.

This isn’t just a workout group........

It’s a space where women show up as they are,  tired, busy, nervous, strong, rebuilding, growing and feel safe, supported, and seen.

For me it’s about:

✨ Walking into a room and knowing you belong!!! 

✨ Cheering each other on through reps and real life!

✨ Lifting weights, but also lifting confidence

✨ No judgement, no comparison, just    encouragement!! 

✨ Doing hard things together… and laughing a lot along the way!!! (We do a lot of this!!) 

Strength in Numbers is for women who want to feel stronger in their bodies, calmer in their minds, and more connected in their lives.

For mums, professionals, carers, women rebuilding themselves, women finding themselves again.

Because when women come together,  consistently, kindly, and without pressure, something powerful happens.

You realise you’re not alone.

You realise you’re capable.

You realise your strength multiplies when it’s shared.

That’s what Strength in numbers is all about.

I am starting a NEW SMALL GROUP ON A WEDNESDAY MORNING AT 9.30AM!

It's a great time to head on down straight after the school run to do your work out!!!

A tough course too!!

Legs definitely felt Friday’s 😅 but I’m so glad I showed up and gave it my all!!!

It wasn’t easy, but that’s what makes it even more rewarding, pushing through when you could have easily said “not today.” 💪🏼

Really proud of this one… proof that all the training, consistency and mindset work really do pay off!!!!!!

It's so important to remember that Consistency beats motivation!!
Show up, even on the tired days, and you’ll surprise yourself every time. ✨

👏🏼👏🏼Proud coach moment right here 👏🏼👏🏼

Over a year of training Jess, and I’ve watched this incredible woman show nothing but grit, determination and consistency!!!!

She started with Couch to 5K, set herself the goal of completing a 10K race… and today she only went and smashed it! 🏃🏼‍♀️🔥

It wasn’t an easy course but she dug deep, just like she always does, (never quits on her reps however hard they are!) and proved once again that she never ever gives up on anything she sets her mind to. 💕

I’ve got to know her so well through our sessions and one thing’s for sure, her work ethic and resilience inspire everyone around her. 🥰

I'm so proud of you Jess, you’ve absolutely smashed it and earned every single step of that finish line moment! 🏅✨

An amazing time of 1 hour 11 minutes!! ⏱️

Here's to setting another goal and achieving it!!!!

A few people have asked me............

What does “Liposomal” actually mean?

You’ve probably seen this word popping up on supplements lately and thought… what on earth is that?! 👀

Here’s a simple explanation that I heard the other day 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼

"Liposomal" just means the nutrients are wrapped up in tiny fat bubbles 🫧 that help your body absorb them better. 👍🏼

It's not often I post before/ after posts , but I'm so proud of my client!!! 🩷🩷

A year ago, Lowri felt stuck. 

She is a mum of 2 young children and works full time! 

She came to me because her weight had plateaued, she felt flat, had no routine, no motivation – just the chaos of a busy life. 🫣

Fast forward 11 months…

She’s lost 10kg ✅

She’s back in clothes she hasn’t worn for years ✅ 

She’s full of energy and LOVES her training ✅

She's got consistency and structure in her day today busy life ✅

What changed?

She joined Strength in Numbers, our women’s only weights sessions – and found the structure, support and accountability she needed. 🎉🙌🏼

Lowri pushes herself in every session and had achieved many personal best along the way!!! 💪🏼
