Thank you all the lovely new students that have booked in over the last couple of weeks to discover what the Reformer is about.
Live, in person classes have been so nice to get back to- It's been fabulous to be able to walk round and view from different angles unlike zoom, to be able to get hands on, just to be more present and human. And also been fascinating to see how some of you students that i used to teach reformer have changed over time.
But yes, I'm back in my happiest place being able to get hands on and pernicket teaching reformer!!
And extra well done to those that got to try out the aerobic side of things. I adore the jump board and it will be a major partof teaching for me. So if you want an aerobic workout as well as postural correction, come give it a go!
