Who’s who at KOACH?
is owner/ director at KOACH and has been involved in the fitness industry for 10 years, having delivered over 10,000 hours of female specific personal training.
Katie decided she was a veggie aged 8.
Katie started out competing in bikini fitness up to national level after having her son and has applied her passion for women’s body sculpting to her training technique ever since.
She developed her signature ‘6 Week Bikini Programme’ back in 2015 and went on to create ‘the Photoshoot Challenge’ and ‘6 Week Online Challenge’ to help ladies adapt to healthier lifestyles and reach their goals.
Katie’s favourite meal is anything veggie with a kick! 🌶 She bought her first cookbook ‘how to cook Chinese food’ when she was 12.
She recently turned 40.
Her goal in fitness is to help other trainers develop the confidence to inspire generations in fitness going forward, plus she’s not done as a trainer herself yet 🧡
Her favourite colour is orange!
She was diagnosed with auto immune under active thyroid in 2016.
Her favourite thing to do is walk by the beach.
Her top 3 gym exercises are;
✨ Cable pull throughs
✨ Ab roll outs
✨ Glute bridges (for effectiveness!)
She gets her best ideas whilst sitting in a sauna. (Also the thing she missed most during lockdown- apart from a busy gym!)
All of Katie’s recipes are wheat free.
Katie’s next goal is to move KOACH to a bigger premises!
