This is Padel with Purpose.
A few weeks ago I watched a group from Headway Staffordshire come down for another one of their weekly sessions with us.
These sessions are funded by AMB Insurance, and give people rebuilding their lives after a brain injury a regular space to play, connect, and be part of something.
It’s not just adults. Across our clubs we run subsidised sessions for children who wouldn’t otherwise get the chance to try padel, working with local schools to bring grassroots access to kids from disadvantaged backgrounds. For a lot of them, it’s their first time ever holding a racket.
Then there was our event for Gingerbread Family Support, sponsored by Heywoods, where we raised £2,000 for homeless families and young parents in a single afternoon.
Let’s not forget the amazing fund raising for my chosen charity Su***de and Co where with the support of the Staffs Chamber of Commerce padel networking event we raised over £1,000 for those bereaved by loss.
None of this happens because we’re a padel company that occasionally does something nice. It happens because it’s the reason we started Ace Padel in the first place. Every club we build is a chance to make padel accessible and put something back into the community around it, whether that’s Headway, Gingerbread, the schools we work with, or the next organisation we haven’t partnered with yet.
None of it happens without the businesses who back us. Sponsorship with Ace Padel isn’t a logo on a wall. It’s funding a session for someone who needs it, backing a tournament that raises real money, and putting your brand behind something that means something in your local area.
We’re growing across Lytham St Annes, Culcheth, Staffordshire, and Coventry, and we’re looking for local businesses who want to be part of that story, not just next to it.
If that’s you, send me a DM.
Let’s talk about what we could build together.
