💥 5‑Minute Holiday Challenge:
1️⃣ 10 Christmas Star jumps 🌟
2️⃣ 20 fast kicks (like you’re kicking off the new year).
3️⃣ 30‑seconds of shoulder taps - move your hands fast as if the floor is cold like ice ❄️

Repeat for 5 minutes, how many sets can you do?
