Morning all
For those attending RFOC tomorrow Thelwall Parish Hall here are a few useful notes.
There is no cloakroom but plenty of chairs to hang off
Fire escapes are clearly marked and the meeting point if the far side of the car park
Please provide the name of the person who made the booking at the door so we can cross you off the list
Please use the bins provided to dispose of any rubbish
We are short on glasses and keen on being climate conscious please Re-use your glass if possible
We are expecting the room to be warm (but will open the windows)
We are expecting the sound to be loud, if you are bringing small ones consider plugs or ear defenders.
Please do not enter the areas (No Entry) and please pass this on the any excited children
Tea and Coffee will also be available, again please reuse cups where possible.
