Join my Postnatal Physio Led Pilates class, led by me, Amy. I have 15 years experience as a Specialist MSK Physio and 5 years experience in Women’s Health Physio.

My classes are designed to help you safely and effectively return to movement and strength after having a baby.

The sessions support healing, rebuilding strength with a strong focus on pelvic floor, boosts confidence and has the added bonus of meeting new friends.

👶 Baby-friendly environment
🧘 Perfect for mums from 6 weeks postpartum (assessment completed prior to the class)

Strong women start somewhere… sometimes with a little hand to hold 💜

This International Women’s Day, we’re celebrating the beautiful strength between mothers and daughters. Strength isn’t just about muscles – it’s about laughter, encouragement, courage and the moments when we lift each other up.

It’s amazing to watch my daughter discover how strong she is, whilst I try and show her what resilience, balance and confidence look like.

Because strength grows in many ways:✨ through movement✨ through fun✨ through love✨ through the women who inspire us every day❤️

Here’s to strong mums, fearless daughters, and the powerful bond that helps us all climb a little higher.

For a Fun Friday morning class tomorrow we’ll be using the Pilates magic circle…. Small but mighty!

The Pilates ring adds gentle resistance to your workout, helping you activate deep muscles and move with more control.

You can use it:-
✅ Between the thighs for inner-leg strength
✅In the hands to wake up the arms and chest
✅ Around the legs to challenge glutes and core.
