For the past 20 years I have been a competitive runner and triathlete competing in all distances from 5k to Marathon distance as a runner and from sprint to Ironman distance as a Triathlete. I have also represented my age group in triathlon for Great Britain at the European Championships in 2010. 10 years ago I discovered Pilates and the benefits that can be gained to improve overall fitness and w

ellbeing regardless of age and level of fitness. So 7 years ago I decided to train as a Pilates instructor to preach what I had so long been practising!

MANIFESTATION MAT PILATES™ - manifesting your dream body from the mat.

Tired of actually working out to get results? Same.

Introducing our most transformational class yet—where movement is optional, but results are inevitable.

This 45 minute session blends gentle stillness, guided visualisation, and high-vibration intention setting to help you align with your strongest, most sculpted self… without lifting a single muscle.

What to expect:
– Deep core visualisation of washboard abs and buttocks that could crack a nut
– Breathwork (mostly sighing and snoring)
– Occasional blinking (only if it feels right - this is a safe space)

I took my online class through this balance flow this morning.

It hits on all the major components of optimal movement including strength, balance, coordination, control and muscular endurance.

Being by building consistency with balance then add in hand weights, repetition or both!

Upper body and core circuit… guaranteed to improve strength and tone.

Try this as an interval set with 45seconds of effort and 15seconds of rest.

Remember to do each side where an exercise is single sided and repeat the whole set twice!

Power your mornings with this 10 minute strength and mobility sequence.

Do each exercise for 8-10 repetitions and the whole set 2-3 times should take you 10 minutes.

Keep the rest minimal between exercises.
