The 'Powerboat Level 2' course is the basic, core skills course to use Powerboats. It teaches you to -

- Drive a powerboat, getting use to the feel of a boat on the water
- Turning the boat round in tight spaces (marinas and docks)
- Parking (berthing) the boat
- Understand the rules for safe navigation on the water
- Plan a route
- Drive the boat a bit faster 😀
- Know what to do if someone falls off
- Drop anchor!

We give you books and information and tuition that allow you to go away and be confident with your own boat.

Christmas Gift Vouchers

Starting in 2021 Lymington Sea School have been offering Stand Up Paddle Boarding from Yachtmail Chandlery on the Lymington Town Quay. This activity is great for health and fitness or possibly just to relax on the water.

Our gift vouchers are great for family and friends, or just for their own merit.
You can gift a course or a package of several courses.

We also offer gift vouchers to any value should you prefer to offer a choice between courses – the choice is yours. Not sure which course is right for you give us a call or send us an email.
