Lyminge Bowls Club UK - Unofficial There has been a bowls club in Lyminge since 1933. The club is owned and run by its members. The current membership consists of about 80 men and women.

Most members live in Lyminge and Etchinghill but some in Hawkinge, Folkestone and Ashford. Our club has good facilities and is pleasantly sited in the heart of the Elham Valley. During the season (April to September) we play club competitions, friendly matches against other clubs (home and away), Shepway League, County and National competitions. Touring teams are welcome. d and competitive as they wish or simply come along to the twice-weekly club games. As well as a busy schedule of matches in the summer months, the club has many social events. Out-of-season events include short-mat bowls, bingo, quizzes, darts and lunches. New and existing bowlers are welcome to join us, or just come along and watch. We offer beginners a 6-week training course in May and June.
