Established in 2012 by one of its original founders and organiser, Ade Rhodes, The UK Wing Chun Gathering aim to raise funds for charity by holding regular events to raise money for charity. The events are held over a weekend and brings together the cream of UK Wing Chun all under one roof. ALL the proceeds of this event go to charity

So far 10 hugely successful seminars have been held to date wi

th the last one being the most successful. We pride ourselves as being the original organisers of ALL events and have worked with huge names in the UK wing chun community with the aim of promoting Unity and erasing politics from the community. Ticket sales and any other revenue generated by the event go directly to charitable causes... Our current beneficiary is Birmingham Children's Hospital but other beneficiaries have included Cancer Research and the Henry Allen Appeal.

**********Wing Chun Hot Weather Training Guidelines*************

1 - Hydrate throughout the day before training.
2 - Wear light, breathable training clothing.
3 - Avoid heavy meals before class.
4 - Take regular water breaks.
5 - Train with control, not ego.
6 - Focus on technique over power output.
7 - Watch for dizziness, nausea, or fatigue.
8 - Stop immediately if feeling unwell.
9 - Ensure good airflow and ventilation.
10 - Reduce intensity during extreme heat.
11 - Use shade for outdoor sessions.
12 - Cool down and rehydrate after training.
13 - Respect your limits and recover properly.
