HERE IT IS!!! The start of a new era for the Empire 🙌

As most of you will know we have two sites (a bootcamp and a gym) in 2023 (roughly April time) We will finally be able to do what I've been waiting ages for, which is to bring them under one roof ☺️

The new unit isn't far, so don't worry 😉

So it seems right that we start to bring the two together, first of all I need you all to follow as social media pages will be getting closed down!

Again I want to say a huge thank you to everybody for making this dream one step closer, big things are coming in 2023 and I hope you join us for it ☺️

goes to Rich 👌💪 everyone can agree he works hard, he makes everyone feel welcome but the bit I love the most is how he goes round and fist bumps everyone at the end of a session unless he's dying 🙈🤣
