With the warm weather coming in this week, we’ve got just the thing to help you cool off ☀️💦

Why not pop down to Freedom Leisure and take a dip in the pool? It’s definitely the nicest place to be when it heats up!

If you fancy trying something different, give our Aqua Fit classes a go. They’re a great way to get moving without putting too much pressure on your joints, and you stay nice and cool in the water too. It’s a bit of a win-win really 😊

You don’t have to be super fit to join in so it’s open to everyone and always has a good, friendly vibe.
