There will be no class on Monday 1st April as it's Easter Monday. Wednesday at Whitecroft will be a usual, then we will be back as usual on the 8th.

As another year comes to a close, I'd like to thank everyone that joined me on and off the mat in 2023 - to those that have been with me for over 6 years, to those that have recently joined, it's a pleasure to have such a great bunch of people return each week.

Classes are now finished for this year but we will return on Wednesday 3rd January 2024, with the Monday class starting on 8th January, due to New Years Day. There will be no Thursday early classes during January.

Bookings are, as always, through the Gymcatch app.

That just leaves me to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy & Healthy 2024.

And relax..... after last nights session.

Thanks to each and everyone of you who turn up every week and welcome to all the newbies.
Please be aware that classes are getting booked up quickly, so make sure you book yours to avoid disappointment - if you cant get into your usual class there are a number of options :-

Mon - Lyd Com Centre - 6.15pm
Wed - Whitecroft Mem Hall - 5.45 & 7pm
Thurs - Lyd Com Centre - 7AM

Monday & Wednesday Classes must be booked through the Gymcatch App. Thursday morning is PAYG.

For those of you not local to Lydney the Community Centre is located after Severnside Vets and the Greyhound pub. You will see the building ( as shown in the picture ) on your right hand side. The car park entrance is the far end of the railings. Any questions feel free to DM me. See you all tonight at 6.15pm. Remember bookings only thru Gymcatch.
