Congratulations to last night's Lydd Cricket Club Quiz Winners. 👏

They won £50 of vouchers for the Guljar Tandoori. These were kindly donated by Dill to support the cricket club. Second prize was a Morrisons hamper won by a team headed by Alec Lindsey. 3rd prize was a taster session for 2 to trial archery (team captain Katie Lindsey collected this). This was kindly donated by the Romney Marsh Bowmen who are based at the cricket club. Thank you to everyone who attended and supported us and made it a great night.

Meet the New Club Captain… Greg Campbell

After Wednesday’s AGM, Greg Campbell was elected as club captain for 2026. Greg is a key all-rounder for the team during his time at the club and we wish him all the best for the season ahead.

Our AGM will take place on Wednesday 4th February at The Banks Sports & Social Club. All playing members welcome, and the community of Lydd welcome.

It’ll be 7:00pm for a 7:30pm start and the Bar will be open for drinks..
